An adult workshop titled ‘Creative Approaches to Photoshop’ takes place on Tuesday 12th June from 5pm until 7pm whilst a ‘Storage Box Making’ workshop takes place on Saturday 16th June from 9am until 12 noon. Dear Parent/Carer
It is now approaching the time when your child will begin their final GCSE and other examinations. This is a vital time for them. Often this can have a life enhancing impact if they do well.
Year 11 appear to have responded to my concerns voiced earlier this year. Their attendance and punctuality have improved. They are making coursework deadlines. All of this bodes well for adult life.
WELCOME BACK
Welcome back to all of our students, but in particular to our Year 11 students for their last term of compulsory state education.
From today all students can wear summer uniform. This means that during the course of the term they wear a badged white shirt and their school tie and dispense with the blazer. Currently these shirts are available from the two uniform suppliers in Rochdale, i.e. Moses and Top Form/Monkhouse. These are only available as a short sleeved option at the moment. Long sleeved versions can be ordered for those who prefer.
