Year 10 Geography Field Visit to Salford Quays & Eastlands

The Year 10 Geography GCSE students visited the Salford Quays area on Thursday 28th June to investigate the success of an economic hub. The weather was glorious and the students carried out Environmental Quality Surveys, land use maps, and field sketches of the landscape.

In the afternoon unfortunately, the heat became too much, but the students managed to walk around the Eastlands area of Manchester to look at how the regeneration of this area has had a massive impact on the landscape.
