Careers and College: Advice and Guidance 2020
Rochdale Sixth Form College
Enrolment will take place online via Microsoft Teams, so no students are expected at the college on the 20th August. All Y11 applicants have been sent information regarding the process to follow via Cedar. Students need to send a clear photo of their results and will be asked to attend an online interview. Each student will be sent an interview time slot so must check emails and updates on social media.

Students should have be sent details of how to book into enrol through Eventbrite once the sessions are set up. You will be informed of what you need to bring to the enrolment slot and will be enrolled on the relevant course dependant on their GCSE results.

Holy Cross 6th Form

National Careers Service
The National Careers Service has also set an exam results helpline during August 2020.
Young people or their parents can contact the helpline on 0800 100 900 to speak to a professionally qualified careers adviser if they need advice on their next steps.
The helpline will be open from 8am to 10pm from Thursday 13 August until Friday 28 August. After these dates, young people will be able to access ongoing support from the National Careers Service at any time by calling 0800 100 900, visiting nationalcareers.service.gov.uk/contact-us or searching for the National Careers Service on Facebook and Twitter.
