Our Commitment
The FPHS Robert F Kennedy Foundation commitment & mission statement
At FPHS we believe that the school community should be built on the core values of kindness, compassion, understanding and empathy. These values should be celebrated and promoted every day through our interactions with each other and the wider community.
Through encouraging skills of critical thinking and providing a safe space for dialogue, we seek to give pupils a voice so that they can engage in difficult conversations, challenge misconceptions and become advocates for those who can’t speak for themselves.
We will make Human Rights a reality and a lived experience for all. Every member of the school community will be empowered and inspired to positively challenge injustice wherever they find it; locally and globally.
Lasting change and transformation will begin with the ripples of our everyday decisions that affect ourselves and others.
This will become a tide of hope for us and for the communities in which we exist.
